1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the M Stencils website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All stencils are made from high-quality, reusable mylar plastic. Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor color variations may occur between screen displays and actual products.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is not charged as the seller is not registered in the VAT system
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24, and SEPA Direct Debit
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed

4. Shipping

• We ship to all EU countries
• Flat rate shipping: €4.99 for all orders
• All orders are shipped within 24 hours
• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Contact us at returns@mstencils.com to initiate a return
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

6. Custom Orders

Custom stencils are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

7. Intellectual Property

All stencil designs, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of M Stencils. Stencils purchased are for personal use only. Commercial reproduction of our designs is not permitted without written consent.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of our stencils. Always test on a small area first and follow the included usage instructions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
